What a great idea. I took time off last week to write and according to my blog stats, there was still a lot of activity from TT-ers . . .

I'll have to keep this in mind next time I take a break.

Would be interested to learn how your story turns out.

Thanks Raggedy!

Christine -- yeah... TT's, as enjoyable as they are, suck A LOT of time. I've had a rough couple of weeks in terms of writing time so I've got to grab the moments I can before I start the next TRW newsletter... I'm up to 1900 words in the story (1/2 of which are crap and will be rewritten or trashed before morning, I'm sure!)

Good luck with the actual story writing--sending your muse virtual chocolate & champagne--or whatever works best for her. :)

Enjoy your writing time. Of course, having us leave our links does provide a bit much in the way of temptation to procrastinate...

I made myself get my Creative Carnival fiction piece ready last night before I allowed myself to work on my TT. That is why I am still surfing TT at near noon, having not slept with eyes like peeled grapes. Just couldn't make myself wait yet another week to dally among the TT and catch up on what everyone has been doing while I was preoccupied by the looming library closure.

but working on that fiction piece yesterday reminds me why I want to write at all.

anyway. now that i've wasted this much of your time....

My #28 is 13 things I am NOT going to miss about the weekly walk to the library. It is 13 pics of the anoying to the horrifying.

I'm having fun with my new digital camera while offering an amusing and informative lesson on the vissisitudes of the visualy impaired.

write on

I'm sending you all of my writing super powers...which, sadly isn't a lot, but it's something! I hope you get a lot of work done this weekend.

P.S... Is it May 18th yet? :D
