Doh!

Sometimes I bask in my own ignorance. Today, not so much.

Could someone please explain why I have stripes in my progress bar????
I've fiddled endlessly with the table widths in the code, but to no avail. I'm so annoyed with them that I have avoided looking at my blog all day -- and this is so not like me.
I don't want to remove those nifty little progress bars, but damn it, if I can't figure out this little dilemma, I'm going to have to remove them :(
Or maybe I'll just shut down my blog...

Who said I'm prone to drama ;D

ERG Blogger ate my comment. I don't know why, so I guess that answers my previous statement. I am cursed when it comes to technology. My widgets seem to do the same thing.

Okay, so here goes my confession... I suck at technology too! Super suck if there is such a thing. Anyways, I went into my blogger account, so that I could check my settings.

When I put in the thingy (sorry brain is seriously not functioning lately - meter?)Anyways when you click on page element it gives you a list of things you could add. I added 'Configue HTML/JavaScript' then I put the codes into content and click on Rich Text which will allow me to view it before saving changes.... Don't change the HTML code that you get from Zokutou - I found that it only makes it worse.

Make sure you save all changes! Not that I've ever not saved them. ;)

Try again, and let me know, crossing my fingers... this kind of stuff pisses me off too. Why can't it all just be perfect the first time around?

I've never used the little progress bars, so I'm not sure what could be causing the stripes. I hear ya on annoying technology, though -- I've had to change the look of my blog three times because of technology issues.

Computers -- I have a love/hate relationship with 'em! On one hand they're great -- there are so many things we writers can do with our computers -- word processing, blogging, message boards, access to important information, etc. On the other hand, they can be frustrating as all hell and make us want to throw them out the nearest window!
