I just saw that the New York Times has published a review of the last and latest Harry Potter book a day before it's release.
This saddens and disgusts me. They couldn't wait a day?? The claim to have gotten a copy of the book at a NY bookstore.
Some people have no respect... And yes, the review does reveal a few plot details *hands over my ears* LA LA LA LA LA LA

Yeah, even me in my most Trevor-like moments of rebellion for the sheer pleasure of it would have honored the embargo. Like embargoes or not, this is one that's best to be honored.
Two days... I've seen spoilers. Now I'm itching to know if they are true or not!
That really is obnoxious. I thought the media had agreed to hold back until the book was released? I'm glad I didn't see it.
Wow - I'm not even a huge Potter fan, but that is completely unprofessional and rude. Anyway, I love you idea for the challenge's new name "70 Days of Sheen" :D
Good luck on the word counts, btw!
What? Is this book a big deal or something? I figured it was a book about M*A*S*H* or something like that
I can't, I can't look at any spoilers, my stomach is all in flutters thinking about the outcome. I usually flip to the end to see what happens. I'm not going to this time. I swear, I won't.
Oh btw, I am back. :)
Really?? That's so stupid and very unprofessional... I'm looking forward to my copy arriving!!
I'll definitely be having my hands over my eyes/ears, etc. for the next few days - I won't get getting HP on Saturday when the rest of the world does. I have to wait a couple more days! Akkk!
I hate it when they do that - apparently JKR is furious, and rightly so.
I haven't read any of the books, only seen the movies. I'm either going to have to read fast so it doesn't get ruined for me, or plug my ears for the next 6 months. Very poor sports they were. :(
Aw, shucks, that's sad. And yes why DON'T they wait?? I'd be furious too if I were JK - which I'm not. Hehe. =)
