My Day to Piss Off Other Authors? Bwahahaha

Her Royal Redness has a new book out today in the Spin Devil series (altogether now: SQUEEEEEEEEE!)

Spin Some More is Jason's story - his turn with the plush little devil. You can read all about it and buy it by clicking HERE.
You won't want to miss this piece of the series. Trust.

And if I can be so blatantly braggy and tease your need-to-read-Red, I just finished reading the yet-unfinished fourth Spin Devil book and it's the best one yet. Sebastian the ultra-alpha is back, need I say more?
SO H-H-HAWT!

Hmmm... I probably shouldn't have said anything. Telling author secrets and all. Red might kill me now. Or not let me beta read for her anymore. Which would be devastating...
(Too bad - it's so freaking hot I had to change my underwear...)

----

Found this cool 'thingy' on Carrie Lofty's blog.
Gee - I hope she's not going to be pissed 'cause she got an elementary school reading level on hers...
Well heck, just to make her feel at home... "Hey Carrie! Neerer, neerer, neerer" :P

bwahahahahaha

cash advance

Fabuloso, fabuloso, bella! Mua,mua, mua. Thank you for the pimpage. Now I am going to kill you. HAHAHA.

Wylie I got an elementary grade for my blog too. I think I need to stop saying things like, "Yey me!" That really makes me sound like a child. LOL.

Oh great... now I'll be looking over my shoulder :0

Add a paragraph of Shakespeare to your next post and your rating will skyrocket!!

The rough draft of my first manuscript scored a 12th grade reading level on that Flesch Kinkaid thingie. Dammitjim, I've been workin' hard to tone it down! Readers don't go for sanctimonious, vocab-infused, smerter-than-thou experiences. They want funny and sexy and fast. So I'm frickin' ecstatic that my blog gets it right :D

(I know you're teasing.)

OUCH! I've just been told off by a fourth grader - LOL!
*hanging head in post-grad shame*

You give good, Carrie Lofty. You give good...

Got that right, sister. I could totally kick the ass of Jeff Foxworthy's little gaggle of 5th graders--no matter than my blog couldn't ;)

But srsly the sanctimonious talking down part was aimed at my first MS. Dude, it was SO not cool.

Red's latest release sounds great and downright spiniferous! I think I just made up a word. :-D

I checked my blog on that reading level thingie, and it said "Genius." Hmmmm, I'm not so sure about that.... I wonder if it just means my sentences are convoluted? Heh!!!

At any rate, guess what, my friend! Here's an undeniable stroke of genius on my blog: I have something special for you there!

TL - Why am I not surprised? :D

Carrie - now I'm really curious to read your book :D (though, you had me on the title alone. The original title, that is! But the new one is growing on me...)

Nah, I was talking about my first MS, Serenade, which was set in 1804 Salzburg. Hmmmm...for some reason, pubs just aren't clammoring for Austrian romances.

But yeah, I'm getting used to Will's new title too. I still slip, but it's not like I don't have a WHOLE FRICKIN' YEAR to get used to the new one.

Rats I got elementary school.

I blame the horrific sinus infection I have. That's all there is to it!!!

I can't wait to read Red's newest. Of course I still have Stroke of Midnight to read and so many others. I guess maybe this infection came at a good time.

Wylie, you're sneaky...good thing Red has releases coming to the left of us, releases to the right of us!

I bumped into that thingy a few days ago and got College/Postgrad, too. I hope it doesn't mean that I have to like science, because I don't like science.

Thanks Sparky! I didn't know what you were referring to until I visited Amy's blog this morning :D

i agree - that Red's book was the best yet.
Congrats sweetie - you totally rock.
now i gotta take the reading level test...oye - this is so not gonna be good.

HIGH SCHOOL?!?!?
oh, that's so not good - since my blog is NC-17. Kinda of a conflict happening there.
And when you consider the average high school student reads at a fifth grade level... whimper.

Rhian - High School is good! That's when we did our best NC 17 stuff, remember?!?! ;)
